Returns and Refunds for Online Purchases
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with anything you buy from us. Try it out for 30 days. If something is not right or you have simply changed your mind, please return it within that time so we can either exchange it or give you your money back. For a full refund of a Product, we will need you to return the box and original packaging too.

Mail Returns
You may return any merchandise purchased online via mail provided that the return meets the guidelines described below.

Merchandise purchased online through Kajafruit.com, which qualifies for return, may be returned via mail.

You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your Product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or accessories.

For product that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the product that you return or exchange.

Shipped Products
When buying Products from Kajafruit.com, you may have it shipped via FedEx. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We will deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

All orders are packed in dry ice and/or freezer packs in Styrofoam. All orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday and will arrive in 2-4 business days after that Monday or Tuesday in excellent condition. We currently do no ship outside of the continental United States.
